Description
THE SPIRIT OF TRAVEL
With a reputation for producing timepieces that are as technically impressive as they are aesthetically stunning, over the centuries Vacheron Constantin has intertwined tradition with innovation to create a unique vision of time.
Reinvented in 2016 to embark on the discovery of new horizons, the Overseas collection embodies the spirit of travel. Originally launched in 1977, the model brought together aesthetic and technical attributes of sports watches, as well as water resistance to an impressive 120 metres.
Today, the collection is characterised by radically assertive design codes, freed from excess to retain only the essential.
FUNCTIONAL AND VERSATILE
Embracing casual elegance, this handsome timepiece is presented in a 42.5mm 18K pink gold case, framed by a hexagonal bezel evoking the Maltese cross.
The lacquered dial is equipped with luminescent gold hour markers and hands, a date display, and three sub-dials.
An open-worked case back, topped with sapphire crystal, reveals the calibre 5200 self-winding movement at work, including the 22K gold oscillating weight engraved with a compass rose – a symbol of travel and exploration.
The timepiece is supplied with two interchangeable straps, in leather and rubber, allowing it to be personalised in line with the wearer’s mood and style.
